Families looking for a nice stay will love it

I gotta say the owners were super nice and kept the place clean to a high standard. Breakfast was simple yet packed with fruits and hard-boiled eggs which was a surprise in the morning.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was still reasonable for what we got.

It was just a top selection for a weekend in Pagosa Springs with good value considering price it charged. The beds were quite comfortable and helped me get a good night's sleep after a long day. Keep in mind that the air-conditioning can be noisy, so you might want to turn it off at night.

Unexpected kindness on a tough night

The staff showed incredible compassion when I had a late check-in with a long travel day. They greeted me warmly and made me feel at home.

Unfortunately, the rooms were a bit outdated, with some amenities not functioning as well as I had hoped, which made the stay less comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay! The cold water dispenser by the front office was a real treat on a hot day, and the bed was the most comfortable we’ve slept on during our travels. The only downside was the slightly worn carpet, but overall it didn’t take away from our enjoyable experience. 😊
